Wonder
"What is wonder?" pondered an eclectic collection of South Florida writers. The answer may seem obvious to you. Maybe it is watching a flower bloom in your garden, or a baby in your family playing, getting your paycheck, or a loved one smiling after a hard day of therapy.
However, none of the authors in this anthology agreed on a single answer, so we all wrote our own response to what we considered to be wonder. This literary anthology includes non-fiction, poetry, fiction, and everything in between. Naim wrote about a woman arguing with the ghosts who haunt her, debating the highs and lows of her life. McLeary-Graham wrote vignettes about people in hard times making the best of what they have. And Goodman-Milone wrote short, succinct poems about the simplest of delights, even about a cat toy!
Unfortunately though, we also share our world with poverty, famine and war. Though a person never becomes truly blind, the fog of conflict does obscure our ability to see wonders. In light of this, the proceeds for this book will go to charity.
Contributors include Jo Avent, Dr. Seth Bramson, Ricki Dorn, Connie Goodman-Milone, Kathy Grenier, Gail Tucker-Griffith, Jack G Hyman, K.C. Jones, Jazeta Malone, Marlene McLeary-Graham, Cara Muth, Amy Nicole Naim, Meg Nocero, J.C. Sang, Alexandra Someillan, & Cheyenne Thompson.

Serenity of Self: What Your Secrets Really Mean (Serenity of Self Journalzine Series - for Gratitude & Self-Discovery)
The Serenity of Self is a series of "journalzines" which encompass different themes around the maxim of "Know Thyself". The journalizines include writings such as articles, short stories, memoir, etc coupled with a gratitude journal with enough pages to cover 90 days of gratitude. Each theme helps the reader explore their inner-world, their thoughts, feelings, shadows, triggers, fears, hopes, dreams to uncover and reveal their most authentic self. Each is a journey into clarity for the soul - helping to understand one's purpose and to live from a place of hope, peace and understanding of self, contributing to the overall serenity of the ever-connected ONE of us all.
The first in the series is all about our secrets - not in the traditional way we think about secrets, but how we hide away our special magic that makes us us- that reveals our true magic and how to live in authenticity with self. Many of us betray who we really are by living out an unconscious story we drag around with us at all times. This journalzine talks about how to rethink the roles we play and the lies we tell ourselves in order to "see" ourselves more clearly. Plus 90-days of gratitude journaling to keep you grounded in the things that matter while manifesting all the things that are meant for you.
A break from our digital world, getting pen back to paper, this journal helps us awaken what is true within ourselves.
