Hello

Amy is a former NYC luxury exec turned self-employed stay-at-home mom with a passion for health and wellness, nutrition, spiritual growth, beauty, style, hunting for charming boutiques and cafes, and all things funny, because laughter truly is the best medicine.  Her first “mini-book," Advocate, is about how parents can trust themselves to medically advocate for their children in a world that makes us doubt ourselves around every corner. Her memoir-in-progress explores themes of self-identity and life purpose, à la The Devil Wears Prada, with stories from her time at elite luxury brands, moving through motherhood, and how what we think we want isn't always what we need. 

She lives as a New Jersey transplant with her husband and two wonderful kiddos (and two naughty furry kiddos) in Miami, Florida.
